Youth Fundraiser Meal
Sunday, May 18th after the morning worship, the teens will be having a fundraising meal to benefit the teen's summer programming. The teens have many fantastic programs this summer and need your help with funds to participate. Please stay after worship and enjoy a meal and help the teens.

Youth Sponsors' Meeting
All parents, grandparents, family members and concerned individuals of teens (7 th – 12 th grades), please participate in the Youth Sponsors team. Please be a part of this fantastic ministry team that is making a true difference in the lives of youth. Our next meeting will be Sunday, May 18 th after the Fundraiser meal. Please participate.

Graduating?
If you or a loved one is graduating from High School or college this year, please call and make a reservation for this year's Graduate Banquet, Saturday May 24 th . The time has not yet been set for this program. Please call and let us know the name of your graduate and who will be attending along with them. Please RSVP by Sunday May 11th.

Teen Lock-In
The Teens will be celebrating the end of the 2007-2008 school year with a lock-in at the church on Friday and Saturday, May 30 th -31 st . The fun will begin at 6:00 pm Friday and will end Saturday morning at 9:00 am. Have your teens participate in this end of the school year celebration.

THIS SUMMER

MOVE, CIY Summer Conference, June 23 rd – 28 th (9 th -12 th grade)
It's time to get moving. MOVE, a CIY summer conference is right around the corner. Many teens have already signed up. If you have not, please sign-up on the board outside my office by May 10 th . The cost for MOVE is $234 and a deposit of $150 will be due June 1st. We will be on the campus of Milligan College , near Johnson City , TN. Shadow, Jr. High Challenge, July 12 th – 18 th , (7 th & 8 th grade)
All Jr. High students are invited to attend this years Jr. High challenge on the campus of Kentucky Christian University , in Grayson Kentucky . This years program is intitled “Shadows, Rethink Reality”. The cost will be $230 dollars. Deadline for signing up to go is June 1 st and a deposit of $150 is due by June 15 th . We are looking at improving youth rooms in our education building for 2008. The room is the Youth Hang-Out Room. Purpose:
The purpose of the youth ministry of Woodstock Christian Church is to connect all students with activities that help them to build a relationship with Jesus Christ, to prepare them to reach the world they live in with the message of Christ, and in turn make disciples among their peers to increase the Kingdom of God here on earth.

Vision:
Our vision in the youth ministry here at Woodstock Christian Church is to see students' lives be transformed by the love of Christ and present a ministry that shows genuine care for all people.
